Tobi Style Scout: Party Scene 03/10/08

SAN FRANCISCO - We stopped by Blow Up at Rickshaw Stop a few Fridays ago to trend spot. All the spring do's were well represented, and as always, the party was fierce!

We love how these girls dressed up their basics with statement making belts, taking their silhouettes on a spring fling with a sculpted finish.
