We started Tobi for one simple reason: to create the first 1-to-1 online shopping experience.

Like you, we love the convenience of shopping online. No crowds, no lines, and you can shop incredible selection any time from anywhere! But, online shopping is cold and impersonal, confusing and way too much work. How can you tell if something will look good on you? Will it fit right? Is it really your style? Where do you get help?!? We believe the online shopping experience can and should be much better, more like shopping at your favorite local store.

For us, a genuine 1-to-1 relationship is at the heart of every amazing shopping experience. When you walk into Tobi, we’ll greet you and always remember your name. We’ll know your style, what you love and what looks great on you. With every visit, we’ll share our love of fashion with you, and we’ll get to know each other better. This relationship is what’s missing from online shopping, and it’s what we’re building for you at Tobi. We call it 1-to-1 Shopping.

Care: We genuinely care about you and your experience at Tobi. We want you to be happy with your purchase so you'll tell all your friends and come visit us all the time.

Fun: Shopping is more fun with friends, and we love shopping with you. We're the fashionable friend that can’t wait to browse the new arrivals with you!

Passion: We love fashion just as much as you do! We can talk about clothes, designers, and trends all day long. If not, that's OK too. We’re here to do all the work for you!

Commitment: We want to build a long-term relationship with you. You'll appreciate our honesty and amazing fashion advice. We really won't be able to get enough each other!
